We are thrilled to share some remarkable news! Thanks to your extraordinary generosity, we have not only reached but EXCEEDED our $50,000 Maslenitsa fundraising goal! Glory be to God! What a celebration we had in our parish hall! The space was transformed by the spirit of Maslenitsa – filled with laughter, prayer, and the unmistakable aroma of fresh blinis sizzling on the griddles. Our dedicated volunteers worked tirelessly throughout the day, keeping everyone well-fed with those delicious thin blinis and all the traditional accompaniments. The day included a concert, performances, lively Russian dancing, our very popular basket raffle, an exciting live auction and the joy of experiencing our culture and faith! The funds we’ve raised will go directly toward building our Resurrection Orthodox Cathedral. Enjoy videos from the event here:
