SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for supporting Resurrection Orthodox Cathedral.
We are pleased to offer a selection of merchandise through our online store, in addition to donations, recurring pledge payments, sponsorship opportunities, event registrations, and other forms of charitable support.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may be longer during major Church feast days, holidays, special events, or periods of high order volume.
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping option.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Resurrection Orthodox Cathedral is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Resurrection Orthodox Cathedral is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you request a return that is approved, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is the result of an error on our part, Resurrection Orthodox Cathedral will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.
Risk of loss and title for purchased merchandise pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier.
Donations, recurring pledge payments, sponsorships, naming opportunities, memorial gifts, event registrations, and other charitable contributions are not physical products and are not subject to this Shipping Policy.
