Donations, sponsorships, pledge payments, memorial gifts, and other charitable contributions are generally non-refundable except in cases of processing errors or as otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

We currently ship physical merchandise only within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control. Title to and risk of loss for purchased merchandise pass to you when the items are delivered to the shipping carrier.
