Merchandise Returns

If you purchase physical merchandise through our website, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, when applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at office@resurrectionrocathedral.org. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Donations
• Pledge payments
• Sponsorships
• Naming opportunities
• Memorial or commemorative gifts
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution several business days to process the refund.

Donations & Sponsorships

All charitable donations, sponsorships, pledge payments, and other contributions made in support of the Resurrection Orthodox Cathedral are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us promptly at office@resurrectionrocathedral.org, and we will review your request.
